2. Scope and Core Privacy Principles

LiveGroowe is a personalized goal-achievement application. The Service may use artificial intelligence to analyze a user's goals and relevant context, create a personalized Journey, generate missions and explanations, adapt recommendations and summarize progress.

• Collect and process only information reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Service.
• Use data for personalization only when it is relevant to the requested feature.
• Do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
• Keep protected account, progress and subscription state under application and backend control.
• Allow users to initiate account deletion from within the app, subject to limited legal retention obligations.

3. Information We Collect

Account and identity

Email address, profile name, optional profile image, authentication provider identifiers, account creation data and security or session information. We do not store plaintext passwords.

Goals and personalization

Goal descriptions, target outcomes, deadlines, success criteria, starting position, available time, pace, budget, resources, constraints, motivation and answers to onboarding questions.

Journey and activity

Generated journeys, chapters, milestones, missions, achievements, mission state, completion history, feedback, XP, levels, streaks, time estimates, activity history and progress summaries.

AI interactions

Messages, instructions, feedback and relevant contextual information used for planning, mission generation, the AI Advisor, Journey adaptation or progress summaries.

Purchases, communications and diagnostics

Limited StoreKit entitlement information, support messages, email delivery information, device and operating-system information, app version, network and security logs, notification tokens and crash information when those features are enabled.

4. How We Use Information

• Create, authenticate, maintain and secure your account.
• Store and synchronize goals, journeys, missions, settings and progress.
• Classify goals and personalize the Service.
• Generate and adapt Journeys, missions, explanations and recommendations.
• Calculate XP, levels, milestones, streaks and progress using backend logic.
• Provide support, transactional communications and subscription entitlements.
• Prevent abuse, debug the Service and comply with applicable law.

5. Artificial Intelligence Processing

LiveGroowe uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized planning and guidance. Relevant information may be sent to OpenAI to generate outputs requested by the Service. This may include your goal, onboarding constraints, current Journey context, recent relevant activity, mission feedback and messages submitted to AI features.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular situation. Authentication, subscription status, XP calculations, mission-completion records and other critical state remain controlled or validated by application and backend systems. LiveGroowe does not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

6. Sensitive Information

LiveGroowe is not designed to require sensitive personal information for a normal account. Users may voluntarily describe goals involving health, financial or other highly personal information. Provide only information reasonably necessary for the feature. LiveGroowe is not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

7. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate abuse or respond to valid legal process.

8. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

LiveGroowe does not sell personal information or share it for third-party cross-app behavioral advertising or data-broker purposes.

9. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar laws apply, processing may rely on contract, consent, legitimate interests or legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

10. Data Storage and Security

Core account and application data is stored using Supabase infrastructure. Reasonable safeguards are designed to include access controls, authenticated sessions, server-side authorization, database access policies, encrypted transport and restricted handling of privileged credentials. No electronic system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

11. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Account and application data is generally kept while an account is active. Security, support, transaction and suppression records may be retained for operational, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax or legal needs. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups and logs.

12. Account and Data Deletion

You may initiate deletion of your LiveGroowe account from within the app or contact [email protected] for help. Profile, onboarding, goal, Journey, mission, progress, achievement, preference and LiveGroowe-stored AI conversation data will be deleted or irreversibly de-identified unless limited retention is legally required.

Deleting a LiveGroowe account does not delete an Apple ID, cancel an App Store subscription or remove records Apple independently maintains.

13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a portable copy of certain personal information. You may withdraw consent, opt out of optional promotional email, disable notifications and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Identity verification may be required.

14. Email and Notification Preferences

Essential account and service communications may include verification codes, security notices, recovery messages and subscription notices. Optional product or promotional email will be sent only where permitted and may be disabled. Push notifications require device permission and can be disabled in iOS settings.

15. International Data Transfers

Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When required, appropriate safeguards may include contractual data-protection terms and standard contractual clauses.

16. Children's Privacy

LiveGroowe is not directed to children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age for independent consent, a person below that age should use the Service only with legally valid parental or guardian authorization. Information collected in violation of applicable law will be deleted.

17. Business Transfers

If the business operating LiveGroowe is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and confidentiality protections.

18. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the Service, legal requirements or service providers change. The effective date will be updated and additional notice will be provided where required.
