Delete your account
Account deletion starts inside LiveGroowe, where your identity can be securely verified.
Delete from the app
- Open LiveGroowe and go to Settings.
- Choose Account and then Delete account.
- Review the information shown and confirm the request.
If you cannot access the app, contact [email protected] for assistance.
What is removed
LiveGroowe will delete or irreversibly de-identify account-owned profile, onboarding, goal, Journey, mission, progress, achievement, preference and stored AI conversation data unless limited retention is legally required.
AI-related data
When your account is deleted, LiveGroowe will delete or de-identify AI-related data stored in LiveGroowe systems and associated with your account, subject to applicable retention requirements and service-provider obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or legal-compliance records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Backups and security logs
Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted or protected backups, security logs or error records until those systems are overwritten or expire through normal retention cycles. Backup copies are not intended to remain available through the active LiveGroowe Service after account deletion.
Deleting the app is different
Removing LiveGroowe from your iPhone, signing out, pausing use or disabling notifications does not delete your account. To delete your account, use the account deletion option inside LiveGroowe.
